Goals

The Problem

Train delays are an experience killer craeting a "communication gap": passenger frustration and zero brand trust.

The Opportunity

We transformed TfL’s real-time data from "raw utility" into a Living Brand. Instead of static alerts, we saw an opportunity to create a visual system that stays one step ahead of the commuter.

The Solution

A Data-Driven Visual System. In collaboration with Variable, we engineered a series of posters and live banners where 3D geometry is dictated by the transport network itself. By bridging the gap between data and art, we ensured Londoners stay on track through catchy visualization rather than stressful alerts.

The Results

in peak-hour congestion through improved passenger flow.
